A.    You'll receive PIN instantly within few seconds if the order is placed

A.    Yes, the access number is toll-free. Toll free access is available from
        United States main land, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico,
        Sapian, Guam, and CANADA

Q.    How long does Access Asia stay valid?
A.   Access Asia calling card expires 2 months after first use. If card is not
       used it is good for 2 months.

       Rechargeable cards DO NOT expire as long  as they are recharged.

Q.    Can I use my phone card from a cell phone or pay phone?
A.    Yes, you can use your card from any touch tone phone, including pay
        phones, cell phones, and digital phones. A service charge may apply when a call is   made from a pay phone.

Q.    What method of payments do you Accept?
A.    We accept credit cards, personal checks, cashier's check, and money order.
        Currently we accept Visa© and MasterCard©. Our policies for accepting
        any kind of check is as follows:
        1) First fill out the Mail Order Form.
        2) Make a check/money order payable to CallDhaka.com.
        3) Mail the check/money order and order form to:

        4) Once your payment clears our bank we will send you the calling card
            PIN at your email address.

Q.    Can I do anything about units being deducted for incomplete calls?
A.    If you lose minutes for the calls that did not go through, please call
        Customer Service line at (800)-865-1105 or (213)-388-961 Monday
        through Saturday between 1 PM to 6 PM Pacific Standard to make
        a credit request.

        Calling Tips:     If you don't hear any ringing tone within 15 sec,
        please hang up and try again. Also, please do not let the phone
        ring for more than 4 times. These preventive measures will help
        you from losing minutes.

Q.    Please tell me more about the Rechargeable Access Asia card.
A.    CallDhaka.com™ has introduced this new feature to eliminate the burden
        of memorizing new set of numbers for new calling cards. With this
        enhancement our customers need to remember just one calling card
        number and use it over and over again.

        Benefits
        • You DO NOT have to memorize new calling card numbers (PIN).
        • Just remember one set of numbers and use it over and over.
        • Minutes DO NOT expire as long as the phonecard is recharged.
        • Your remaining minutes will be carried over.

        Also take the advantage of the following time saving features:
        • Speed Dial. Dialing *11 or *12 will dial your saved destination.
        • Dialing ## will hang up your last dialed call and allow you to call another
          destination without having to dial the toll free and the PIN. If you get a
          busy signal or no answer this will be a good option to use.

        How to Order/Buy
        • For the first time you have to purchase a $25 or $50 rechargeable card.
        • Just log in to your account and choose the "Buy Now" option.
        • You have a choice of $25 or $50 rechargeable phone card.
        • Choose quantity and click Buy Now!.

        How to Recharge
        • Just log in to your account and choose the "Recharge My PIN" option.
        • Locate the PIN you would like to refill from the list of rechargeable PINs.
        • Click the checkbox located at the far right and click Recharge Now!.
        • Please allow 24 hours for your PIN to recharge.

Your speed dial will be set. Next time if you need to dial 011 8802 9881111, you have to dial Toll Free no + Access No + *12
