Dialcom Terms of Use

1. RATES: Rates will vary based upon the country and city you are calling. 2. PRICING: Prices are subject to change without any notice. 3. CARD OR PIN LOSS: Carrier will not be held liable for card credits, and or credits in the event of card loss or unauthorized use. 4. QUALITY OF SERVICES: Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, the carrier makes no guarantee, warranty or representation expressed or implied, regarding the condition merchantability or fitness of the information or communications services offered. 5. REFUND: Any unused portion of the pin will not be refunded. 6. CREDITS: "Dialcom" always tries its best to keep the high quality service standard by connecting better carrier and whole seller for its customers. But in no circumstances, any credit will be issued for any dropped, missed or incomplete connected calls through the carriers. 7. PAYPHONES SURCHARGES: Public payphone may incur additional charges upto 99¢ per call. Payphones includes : Public Payphones, certain phones in the hotel, Motel, Dormitory, Universities and some Community Apartment Complexes etc. 8. EXPIRATION: All Pins and physical cards of "Dialcom" expires in 1 month after 1st use. No credit will be issued for unused expired cards or pins. 9. ROUNDING: All usage's will be rounded in 3 minutes increments with some exceptions. i.e. For Dhaka is 1 minute currently. 10. ANNOUNCED MINUTES: Total minutes assumes entire card or pin used on a single call. 11. TAXES & SURCHARGES: All applicable Taxes and Surcharges apply on announced amount with no exceptions.
