Agreement for CallDhaka.com™ Referral Program

We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms to our site, and your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the amended terms. This Agreement was last modified on December 20, 2001.
I. Referral Program Guidelines
1. Eligibility. In order to use the referral program, one must register as a CallDhaka.com client and have purchased at least one calling card. The recipient of the 100 bonus points will be the existing CallDhaka.com client; NOT THE NEWLY INTRODUCED CLIENT.
2. Purchase Requirements. New client (the person whom you are introducing) is required to purchase $21.00 worth of phone cards within 30 days, starting from the first day the person is introduced to CallDhaka.com.
3. Qualified Referral. A referral will be considered qualified when the new client successfully purchases $21.00 worth of calling cards with in the 30 day period. If the new client fails to purchase within the specified time then this referral is considered void. No exceptions shall be made.
4. No Multiple Referral. Should you or any other CallDhaka.com member refer a person more than once, CallDhaka.com reserves the right to terminate both of you from the Referral Program. In that case no bonus points will be awarded. 5. No Limitation Referral. Essentially, there are NO limitations to how many new referrals a client brings in. As long as the newly introduced client is unique and purchases $21.00 worth of phone cards within the specified time, the referring client will be awarded 100 bonus points for each qualified referral.
II. Rights and Disclaimers of CallDhaka.com
1. Disbursement of bonus points. Qualified members will be awarded 100 bonus points on the last day of each month. CallDhaka.com shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that bonus points are distributed in time. We shall not be responsible regarding the amount of time needed to disburse bonus points, in cases, such as delays in the Internet or problem with the recipient's or referral's email address.
2. Termination. CallDhaka.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and this Referral Program at any time for any reason without any prior notice.
