Terms and Conditions
Agreement for CallDhaka.com™

This is a legal binding between CallDhaka.com™ and I. By clicking the "I Agree" link below I verify that I understand and accept the terms and conditions of CallDhaka.com. CallDhaka.com may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms to their site, and my continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
I. Disclaimers of CallDhaka.com
1. Customer's Duty. It is the customers responsibility to check the current rate and access number availability in the consumers local area prior to buying any calling card, especially, when purchasing a local access phonecard.

2. Rate Change. Rates are subject to change without any prior notice. CallDhaka.com will do their best to inform all their customers about the  rate changes before hand by posting the corrected rates to the website.

3. Fees and charges. Fees will be charged according to the following schedule:
Connection Fee NONE
Surcharges Surcharges & taxes will apply
Maintenance Fee NONE
Payphone Service Fee* 99¢
Connection Fee NONE
* Payphones include: payphones and certain phones in hotel/motel, dormitory,
   university, community apartment complex etc.

4. Card Expiration. Calling card expires 1 month from first use. Refillable cards DO NOT expire as long as they are recharged.

5. Minute Rounding. Calls are charged in three minute increments.

6. Cellular Phone. Calls made to cell phones will incur a higher than
regular rate for that specific country. Absolutely NO credits will be
issued for calls made to cellular phones.

7. Return Policy. All sales are final. CallDhaka.com will not issue any
credit for exposed, partially used, unused PIN(s).

8. Calling Card Issues. Customer is solely responsible for resolving
any disputes such as: minute loss, over charge, wrong rates, and other
calling card related problems with the calling card's customer service
department.

9. Representation. CallDhaka.com does not represent any calling card
company in any form or shape.

10. Disputing a Charge. Before disputing a charge pay close attention to the dates. Please note that the actual purchase date may differ from the posting date on your credit card statement. Please view your purchases online by selecting the "View Purchase Activity" option after you log in to your account and crosscheck it with your credit card bill. The best policy would be to discuss the transaction(s) in question with CallDhaka.com representatives via email prior to pursuing any dispute. Erroneous disputes by the customer will be charged at a $50.00 processing fee per dispute which will be collected from the customer with legal action if necessary. In addition, excessive number of disputes may result in the cancellation of your account.
